The Purpose of This Role
The Enterprise Sales Coordinator position is a contract / part-time/flexible role, tailored to the right person, and is remote at Snappy Kraken. Accessibility requirements vary by role but are generally expected during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. This position is open to any candidates currently residing and eligible to work in the United States or Canada legally.

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and dependable Enterprise Sales Coordinator to support our CEO and our senior enterprise sales team at Snappy Kraken.
This isn’t a traditional admin role. It’s a critical support function that keeps our sales engine running at full speed. Your job is to ensure our sales leaders spend 100 percent of their time on high-value activities while you handle everything behind the scenes.
You’ll gain visibility into what it takes to close six and seven-figure deals and help keep the machine moving with precision.
Primary Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimize calendars to protect executive time and prioritize high-value meetings
- Book and re-book meetings with care and professionalism, ensuring prospects feel valued and respected
- Lightly qualify new opportunities and inbound requests before they reach the CEO and deflect or reroute as needed
- Vet speaking and media opportunities, and handle light negotiation when needed
- Route partnership and inquiry emails to the right internal teams
- Help draft communications for the CEO
- Track sales contests and promotions, including updating daily and weekly leaderboards
Enter notes and updates from sales calls into HubSpot, ensuring deal stages are accurate and up to date - Configure quotes with support from finance and send electronic contracts.
- Ensure consistent execution of daily, weekly, and monthly sales workflows
Primary Qualifications
- Highly organized and thrive in fast-moving, dynamic environments
- Communicate clearly and confidently, especially with executives
- Detail-oriented but can also move quickly without getting stuck
- Understand the rhythm of a sales organization and can keep things on track without being micromanaged
- Anticipate needs before they are spoken and take initiative to solve problems
- Experience supporting sales or executive leaders and understand the pace and expectations
- Working knowledge of software tools such as HubSpot, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Experience with CRM and sales reporting
- Background in sales, executive support, sales operations, or business development
As of July 2025, the expected compensation range for this position is $25-45/hr USD/ $25-45/hr CAD based on country of residence. Pay will be based on several factors, such as experience, certifications, location, market conditions, and other business and organizational needs. Snappy Kraken anticipates that the reasonably expected salary for this position could change in the future and retains the right to change or revisit the salary range according to business needs
