Position Summary We are seeking an SAP EDI Implementation Consultant to join our Customer Success Team. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of professionals to implement SPS solutions for customers. You will facilitate Discovery, Design, and Implementation of our EDI solutions working closely with an SPS Project Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute system installations, upgrades, testing, and configurations for implementation projects.
- Perform initial technical implementation of technology products post-sale and track project progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Consult with clients to understand their operational needs and business objectives, and keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
- Conduct tasks and assignments with moderate supervision, using independent judgment as needed.
Location: This role will be either be hybrid or remote work environment, based on the candidate's geographic location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no experience, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applying, testing, and reconfiguring data rules to meet business requirements.
- Familiarity with XML, and experience using text editing and data mapping tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with third-party vendors, consultants, VARs, or application providers.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, especially in remote or phone-based collaboration.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple concurrent activities effectively.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, particularly in B2B integration scenarios.
- 2–5 years of experience in software consulting or implementation roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and strong query development skills.
- Familiarity with X12, XML, and file transformation processes.
- Understanding of e-commerce and EDI concepts, especially in Order-to-Cash workflows.

The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.
The annual salary range for this role is: $62,100 - $93,100. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
