Job Description

As an Everyday Banking or Card Services Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with their banking inquiries and transactions.
  • Providing information about our products and services.
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
