As a Service Coordinator you will be working in a dispatch environment and will be expected to work with multiple departments, as well as the field technicians, to ensure:
· Effective and efficient schedule coordination, maintenance contract management and pre-quote preparation.
· Exemplary customer service and support; interface with customers and other departments as necessary to ensure successful completion of service.
Knowledge of basic HVAC repair estimates and/or experience in a technician dispatching environment is an asset.
Must be able to work On-Call (1 out of every 8 weeks), as a member of the team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: 1+ years Dispatch experience.
- A professional, calm and assertive communication manner with tactful customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proven time management and judgment skills; able to prioritize under pressure.
- A self-starter with attention to detail.
Basic literacy and typing/data entry assessments will be administered during the interview process.
