A DAY IN THE LIFE As a L’Oréal Professionnel and Pureology Educator, you will be part of a diverse team. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and education teams to promote L'Oréal Professionel and Pureology products to hairdressers and salons. Your role will be essential in sharing your expertise and passion for LP hair and color.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Training and Education: Delivering training and workshops for hairdressers on LP hair and color techniques, using innovative and engaging methods.
- Business Development: Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop training and education strategies that support business objectives.
- Event Management: Organizing and hosting educational events, such as seminars, demonstrations, and product launches.
- Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, education) to ensure consistency in Redken's message and actions.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone passionate about hair and color, with solid experience in the field and excellent communication skills. You are a dynamic, creative, and entrepreneurial individual, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Hair and Color Expertise: Significant hands-on experience in a hair salon, including mastery of cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
- Exceptional Verbal Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, adapting your speech and captivating your audience.
- Prioritization Skills: Ability to effectively manage your time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Public Speaking Skills: Comfort and ease in presenting to groups of people.
- Experience with Educational Events: Experience in organizing and hosting educational events, preferably in the hairdressing industry.
- Valid Driver's License: Essential for travel.
