Every day, our sales teams navigate conversations with customers they're closing to ensure our delivery of shipping containers can succeed as we deliver 8-10 thousand pounds of steel across dry land and terrain.

Our Purpose:
Shipping containers transport 90-95% of the world’s goods. Without them, the global supply chain would grind to a halt. Our reliance on them is incredible — but the way they’re traded isn’t.
At Boxhub, we’re on a mission to make the shipping container trade easy and efficient for everyone. We believe greater access to shipping containers that are transformed into storage space, housing, or retail space, can help people live smarter and businesses grow faster. By extending the life of shipping containers and reducing the carbon-heavy practice of empty repositioning, our vision is to build a more sustainable world — one container at a time.
Your Mission:
- Own an entire territory with the autonomy to sell containers to a wide range of business and consumer customers, including some of the largest corporations in the world
- Qualifying, engaging, and closing inbound B2B leads, utilizing your knowledge of Boxhub to drive informative and impactful conversations
- Set container pricing strategy and collaborate on the go-to-market strategy specific to your territory (e.g. market specific marketing campaigns)
- Building relationships with business stakeholders and decision-makers to identify their needs and wants and viability to drive sales
- Nurturing your relationships, pipeline, and book of business to drive repeat purchases
- Prioritizing numerous requests and time demands while achieving revenue goals for the assigned territory or set of accounts
- Staying up to date with Boxhub tech, products, our market, and process development to inform your customer strategy
What you bring to the table:
- You have 5+ years experience with inbound sales in a high-volume environment with a track record of closing B2B deals and contributing to company revenue
- You have an innate ability to sell in a consultative way that builds trust and long-standing relationships with clients, and you're great at relating to the human on the other side of the call
- You're passionate and motivated; you'll do whatever it takes to smash your sales targets in the most efficient way possible
- You're adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment that requires adaptability and on-the-spot problem-solving
- You're coachable with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- You have training in sales methodologies and have once prospected and cold-called yourself
- You've previously worked with CRM's
