Job Summary

The Parking & Tube Park Supervisor leads 15+ seasonal lift and equipment operators in the daily operations of guest parking and Tube Park activities while overseeing snow removal across key resort zones. This is a guest-facing leadership role that requires strong operational awareness, exceptional customer service, and hands-on experience with heavy equipment and snow removal operational techniques. You’ll be responsible for scheduling staff, operating equipment, supporting the guest experience, and maintaining a safe, efficient environment—all while supporting our mission: To create an inclusive experience united by adventure and empowered by community.

Job Specifications

  • Wage: Based on experience
  • Schedule: Full-time, including weekends and holidays
  • Skill Level: Supervisory / Experienced
  • Reports To: Outside Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of Parking Attendants and Tube Park staff
  • Staff, schedule, and support employees across parking, snow removal and Tube Park areas
  • Ensure excellent guest interactions in both areas—greeting, assisting, and guiding guests
  • Oversee and operate snow removal equipment to clear parking lots, walkways, building entrances, staff housing areas, and utility access routes
  • Operate and maintain equipment
  • Ensure proper use and care of snow removal equipment and tools
  • Lead safe setup, operation, and teardown of Tube Park equipment and facilities
  • Monitor guest flow and signage in parking areas to ensure smooth and safe traffic patterns
  • Maintain detailed records of equipment use, snow removal logs, liability signage and staffing
  • Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and operational standards
  • Assist in emergency situations and help coordinate response
  • Train new staff pre-season and mid-season, focusing on both service and safety
  • Maintain strong communication using resort radio protocols
  • Promote teamwork and safe work habits across the operation
  • Perform other duties as required

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience operating heavy equipment for snow removal
  • Including but not limited to CAT 980G, Case 921G, skid steers, and gas-powered snow blowers
  • Strong leadership, team coordination, and communication skills
  • Excellent guest service experience, ideally in a resort or outdoor recreation setting
  • Able to work outdoors in winter conditions for extended periods
  • Organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling/communication tools
  • Must be physically capable of shoveling snow and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Previous supervisory or lead-hand experience preferred
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
  • Tube Park or ski area experience is an asset
  • Available to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required
