mary:

Under the direction of Supervisor, with dotted line reporting to the Regional Health and Safety Manager, the Health and Safety Coordinator is responsible for establishing, implementing, and training staff on the Continuous Improvement program across mobile and on-site operations. This role involves serving as the primary contact for Procor’s involvement in Apprenticeship programs, ensuring effective training delivery through both internal expertise and external resources. The coordinator will assess and identify new health and safety or technical training needs, manage training certifications, and maintain up-to-date training tools. Additionally, this position includes administering the Health & Safety program, monitoring the sustainability of training initiatives through ongoing coaching and communication.
