Job Summary
The Program Manager, under the direction of the Vice President of Sales and Program Management, will primarily be responsible to collaborate effectively to ensure manufacturing outcomes exceed customer expectations. This position will plan and conduct meetings with manufacturing, design, estimating and senior management to communicate sales targets, goals, and projects. This role will also ensure all employees receive quality product and service knowledge on an ongoing basis. The Program Manager must possess a well defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills and ability to identify issues and implement creative and strategic solutions to overcome problems.

Job Duties
- Ensure that customer requirements are effectively conveyed to all involved employees and that they are aware of expectations
- Plan and conduct meetings with employees to establish obstacles and progress with a view to keeping customers informed
- Ensure all employees receive quality information to support the manufacture of a quality product and provide exemplary service to customers on an ongoing basis
- Celebrate successes and foster an atmosphere of success
- Monitor sales techniques used making recommendations to senior management on changes, or improvements to help increase/drive sales
- Work with various department managers to meet sales objectives supporting repeat business
- Determine areas of improvement, providing additional information to manufacturing as needed
- Establish and maintain relationships with strategic business partners and key stakeholders
- Handle customer complaints and comments
- Conduct regular reporting between manufacturing, leadership and customer base
- Foster a work environment that is motivating and encourages success
- Translate strategic goals into practical actions
Job Requirements
- Minimum (5 years) experience
- A well defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills
- Ability to identify issues and implement creative and strategic solutions to overcome problems
- Ability to identify measures of performance and actions needed to improve or correct performance
- Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret goals, objectives, and policies
- Ability to motivate contributing team members to achieve and exceed customer satisfaction goals
- Ability to remain calm and poised in urgent situations
