You support our team as

Purchaser (f/m/d) Responsibilities

• Execute purchasing strategies to meet supply needs, while optimizing costs and inventory levels
• Identify and select suppliers by evaluating price, quality, and delivery targets
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as R&D, Quality, Production, and Maintenance to align on procurement needs and goals
• Strengthen supply chain infrastructure by building strong relationships with key suppliers
• Maintain and update purchasing processes to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
• Establish procurement KPIs and target values to align with company goals and customer requirements
• Prepare reports related to procurement activities to support decision-making
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the procurement function

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or materials planning
• Experience in the chemical or food industry is an asset
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office
• Fluency in French and English, with strong communication skills
• Strong analytical and negotiating skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple high priority projects simultaneously
