As a Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support, expertise, and build foundational tools for compensation needs at a local and global level. Reporting to the Total Rewards Manager, you will lead certain compensation processes and projects, support Leaders and HR on day to day and operational compensation needs and participate in delivering training when needed.
What does your typical day look like?
- Participate to the job evaluation committee, and manage content and job classification;
- Coordinate all activities related to the job evaluation;
- Consolidate data; preparing bonus and salary files;
- Validate data going through our salary tool;
- Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports;
- Maintain job architecture and proper classification for all applicable sites;
- Assure proper nomenclature for job titles, job grades;
- Develop content and provide training/information sessions when deploying compensation projects or new tools;
- 10-months contract
What skills and experience are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources;

5+ years in a similar role;

Advanced skills in Excel;

Knowledge of HRIS an asset;

Very good verbal and written communication skills (French and English);

Availability: Day shift (Monday to Friday).
