Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Service Advisor located in Huntsville, ON. The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for consulting with customers regarding their vehicle maintenance needs, coordinating service appointments, providing repair recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing repair orders, communicating with technicians, and maintaining customer records.

Qualifications

• Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair skills
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in automotive service or a related field is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certification is a plus
• Proficiency with automotive service software is beneficial
