Job Details

As a Glass Software (SAAS) Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for growing the pipeline and increasing sales, by prospecting potential leads, setting up qualified meetings, conducting demos and closing deals.

Glass Software Sales Responsibilities:

  • Prospect glass companies via cold call, email campaigns and social media channels
  • Perform qualification calls and emails. Identify key stake holders and critical business needs. Get each prospect excited about our software
  • Perform detailed software product demos, aligning prospect's needs with software benefits. Overcome all objections and build more excitement.
  • Follow up with demos and creatively overcome any remaining objections to close the deal
  • Upsell existing clients and manage client cancellations
  • Achieve sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Send reports on sales activity, projections, customer feedback
  • May require travel for trade shows and onsite client visits
  • Perform other duties as requested

Glass Software Sales Requirements:

  • Be incredibly driven and tenacious. Know that “No” only means that you have better show them how the software will improve their lives
  • Previous success in B2B sales
  • Experience with different sales techniques
  • Confident and be able to deliver engaging presentations to potential customers
  • Goal-driven and self-motivated to learn new things
  • Good with technology, learning software and demonstrating software benefits

Must Have:

  • Sales or project experience in glass industry or other related construction trade

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
