Role Description
This is a full-time, in-person role for a Corporate Solar Designer located in Edmonton, AB. As a Corporate Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed and accurate solar proposals used by sales representatives in client presentations. Your work will span the entire project lifecycle, from the initial proposal stage through to system installation. Key responsibilities include performing consumption verifications using client utility data, reviewing site surveys and electrical assessments to ensure design feasibility, and creating system monitoring platforms for clients. You will also handle any design updates or modifications required throughout the process. This role requires a high level of technical accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to support cross-functional teams in delivering a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
● Skilled in using productivity and communication software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems)
● Comfortable navigating computer systems and learning new technologies
● Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Ability to understand, read, and comprehend contract documents and plans
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
