About the role

Your Job

  • Ensure the delivery of a personalized and proactive client experience across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Meet the objectives of business growth, client satisfaction, and team development.
  • Realize the growth of deposits, lending, and full-service relationships, including banking and wealth products.
  • Make sure you apply sound risk and operational management, aligned with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Accompany your team by coaching, mentoring, and engaging employees for performance and career development.
  • Identify and pursue local business opportunities to build strong community and client relationships.

Your Team

Within the Victoria branch, you are part of a team of dedicated professionals, and you will have 7 direct reports. Our team stands out for its collaborative culture, high engagement, and strong client focus. We ultimately aim to offer you maximum flexibility and quality of life, through a hybrid work environment and adaptable working hours.

Basic Requirements

  • Hold a post-secondary degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Have at least 6 years of banking experience, including 5 years in sales leadership or coaching roles.
  • Demonstrated success in relationship building and client advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of personal banking, deposits, lending, and cash management.
  • Ability to assess and approve credit requests, ensuring sound risk evaluation.
  • Available to travel locally to support market development and client engagement.
