- Ensure the delivery of a personalized and proactive client experience across all channels and touchpoints.

Your Team
Within the Victoria branch, you are part of a team of dedicated professionals, and you will have 7 direct reports. Our team stands out for its collaborative culture, high engagement, and strong client focus. We ultimately aim to offer you maximum flexibility and quality of life, through a hybrid work environment and adaptable working hours.
Our training programs use on-the-job learning to help you master your role. You’ll have access to:

Basic Requirements
- Hold a post-secondary degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Have at least 6 years of banking experience, including 5 years in sales leadership or coaching roles.
- Demonstrated success in relationship building and client advisory.
- Strong knowledge of personal banking, deposits, lending, and cash management.
- Ability to assess and approve credit requests, ensuring sound risk evaluation.
- Available to travel locally to support market development and client engagement.
