Saturday Associate Dentist Opportunity!
Evergreen Dental is a well-established, busy, family-oriented dental clinic seeking to fill an Associate Dentist position for Saturdays. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to pick up extra hours and work alongside a supportive, friendly team.
Hours: Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM. We are closed on long weekends.
Evergreen Dental is a well-established, busy, family-oriented dental Clinic looking to fill an Associate position for Saturdays. Hours are 9- 3:30 pm. Great for someone looking to pick up some extra hours and work with some great new people.
Location: Central Fleetwood – conveniently located along Fraser Highway, right beside the new SkyTrain route.
WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:
- Growing/Solid patient base
- High-producing dental practice, which means high earning potential
- Guaranteed production of $8,000 - 10,000k per month
- Part-time position, 1 day per week. Saturdays
- Permanent employment
- Free Parking (if applicable)
- Opportunity to grow and be an equity partner in 123Dentist practices
- Experienced dental professionals who provide leadership and mentorship so you can learn and grow as a Dentist
COMPENSATION:
Associates are compensated on a fee-for-service basis, with remuneration starting from 35% collections and higher (depending on experience)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
- Registered or in processing of registering with the:
- British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals
- Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of British Columbia
- We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s)
- 3+ years of experience in practicing dentistry in CANADA is preferred
- Tracker Software experience a plus, but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ & their families. How you interact with patients, & your chairside manner is essential to building patient relationships & trust. That will ensure that treatment diagnosed is completed.
