Job Summary:
As a Lab Tool Calibrator Level 1, you will be part of a small, specialized team responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of tools used across our operations. This role involves performing calibrations, maintaining detailed records, repairing tools, and supporting shipping and receiving functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform calibration procedures on a variety of tools
- Complete calibration certificates and calculations accurately
- Maintain and update tool records and documentation
- Conduct basic repairs on mechanical tools
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties
- Support general lab organization and cleanliness
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (Grade 12)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tool repair
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
