Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate mobile phones, accessories, and service plans.
• Explain product features, pricing, warranties, and after-sales services.
• Demonstrate product usage and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Process sales transactions using POS systems.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked and product displays are visually appealing.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies, trends, and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints or direct them to the manager as needed.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Multilingual- must speak Punjabi and English
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail or sales experience preferred (experience in mobile or electronics sales is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of mobile phone brands, models, and features.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively.

Pay: $17.20-$23.10 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 45 per week
