Position Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Client Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll be the voice and smile that says, “We’ve got this!”—making every step of the process easy, clear, and reassuring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet clients in person, over the phone, and via email—making them feel instantly at ease.
- Assist clients with scheduling and managing future bookings.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails and phone calls.
- Provide clear, helpful information about our services and policies.
- Ensure every client feels confident that we can handle everything for them.
- Maintain accurate client records and appointment details.
- Hitting targets set by Location Manager
- Collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth experience for every dog and their owner.
What We’re Looking For:
- A naturally friendly and empathetic communicator.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using email, phone systems, and booking software.
- A love for dogs and a passion for helping people.
- Ability to stay calm and helpful in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.85 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 32 per week

- Do you love dogs?
- December 24, 25, 31 and January 1st are blackout dates and there will be no approved vacation requests over these days. We ask that all staff give us their preference of which 2 days of the four they would prefer to work, either a morning shift or a closing shift (usually 7-1 or 1-7). We try to accommodate everyones preferences but then it goes by seniority. Are you ok with our blackout vacation period?
- We are looking for a minimum 6 month commitment, if you are offered a position with us, due to the amount of effort and training we put into each new team member as well as because the dogs come first, can you commit to at least 6 months in this role with the availability provided? If you anticipate your availability changing, can you still commit to our minimum requirement for the next 6 months?
- Do you have reliable access to a vehicle?
- Do you have any medical conditions that may impact your ability to do this job?
- Can you provide 4 days of availability minimum, with one weekday and one weekend day?
- We are looking for candidates with the following availability: Wednesday & Friday specifically, with open availability the rest of the week. Shifts are between 6:30am - 7pm. Does your availability fit our needs? If so, please let us know your availability.
