AFIMAC is seeking an Investigations Coordinator for a temporary 2-3 month contract with potential for a more permanent role. Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with many moving and ever-changing parts.

Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and execute all functions relating to job staffing and coordination of AFIMAC job deployments.
- Oversee surveillance operations, corporate investigations, background checks etc.
- Ensure all investigative activities adhere to provincial licensing regulations and privacy legislation.
- Communicate with clients, assessing needs, setting investigative objectives and delivering timely reports.
- Monitor case progress and maintain quality control over investigative deliverables.
- Prepare detailed and professional investigative reports, affidavits, and court documentation where applicable.
- Maintain and monitor project plans and schedules.
- Proactively communicate project tasks, goals, and updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Respond to client requests in an immediate client-focused manner
- Complete administrative tasks such as timesheets, schedules, deployment e-mails.

- Tech-Savvy and able to use all Microsoft programs
- Able to work extended hours as required (Some nights and weekends)

- Ability to coordinate when there are several projects deploying at the same time
- Able to work with office as well as field staff in a professional manner
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
Additional Requirements:
- Preference given to those who have worked in either the investigation or security field
- Valid G Class License
- Clean Criminal Background
