What you bring

In good standing with the CATA

Provide your own WorkSafeBC insurance, general liability insurance & business license

Excellent communication and organization

A collaborative, driven and friendly personality

Provide client injury assessments that include a thorough history, manual testing, movement screening, and palpation to ensure accurate clinical impression

Create and implement an individualized treatment plan and home exercise program for each client based on your assessment findings

Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, and other techniques or tools within your scope of practice
-
Educating clients on proper exercise form and techniques, anatomy and movement, healthy lifestyle choices, injury prevention, and self-management techniques to support long-term recovery

Opportunity to provide small group classes and workshops that are for general movement/injury prevention or for a specific condition or ailment

Some conditioning and fitness programming depending on interest

Creating and implementing injury prevention seminars to companies and industries around the Cariboo

Maintain proper documentation

Booking/re-booking clients, receiving and recording payment
Compensation & Fee Overview
The contractor will be paying rent for a unit of time based on a standard 1-hour appointment, which includes an additional 30-minute charting, cleaning and reset period following the appointment. The standard 1-hour appointment revenue is $119.05 + GST. The rental fee per unit of time ranges from $42 to $48 + GST. Because each practitioner and circumstance is unique, Momentum is open to negotiate any aspect of this position.
