About the role

Job Summary As a member of the Replenishment team, the Replenishment Business Analyst will be responsible for working withstakeholders in replenishment, as well as other teams across the organization. The incumbent will producescheduled and ad hoc reports to help analyze many aspects of the business and to identifying gaps and potentialimprovements. The Analyst will work closely with the SAP functional analyst team to document, help developsolutions, and support all implementations required by the Replenishment team. In addition, the Business Analystwill carry out various analysis related to replenishment and sales performance of different product categories, aswell as develop new management tools and reports.

Key Accountabilities

  • Generate reports to provide visibility for product flows, inventory, lead times, etc;
  • Review sales and inventory forecasts at article and company levels;
  • Use sound judgments to analyze results (versus historical and/or forecast) and provide explanations;
  • Create business requirements for new solutions and reports in SAP and FileMaker, support development, test results, and support implementation.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and reporting capabilities within SAP;
  • Maintain process documentation to ensure it is up to date, visible and always available;
  • Collaborate with other areas of the company to ensure that processes associated with Replenishment align with processes in other sectors;
  • Create ad hoc analysis and reports in support of replenishment business issues.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business or equivalent;
  • Two (2) years minimum of related experience;
  • Experience in product/retail environment is a definite asset;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a keen attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in the development of MS Excel spreadsheets and a good working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint;
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and navigate in a fast-paced environment; and;
  • Knowledge of SAP and Alteryx, an asset.
