The purpose of the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team, which reports into the Finance function is to support cross functional teams in optimizing topline performance through data-driven price, pack, and promotional strategies. The goal of RGM is to unlock sustainable, profitable growth by identifying margin accretive opportunities across our brand, products, regions, and customer. RGM works cross functionally with the broader finance team, sales, and marketing to ensure strategies are aligned with our broader business objectives and market dynamics. The ideal candidate for this position is someone that is inquisitive, has a high attention to detail, and possesses strong analytical capabilities. This role also requires strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally across many levels within an organization.

What this role does now:

The Pricing Analytics Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the structure and integrity of Bacardi Canada’s pricing tool, ensuring it accurately reflects current pricing architecture across markets and brands. This includes monitoring changes to provincial liquor board pricing guidelines and relevant legislative developments, and updating internal systems accordingly. With a national scope, the role provides critical visibility into pricing performance across regions and supports efforts to competitively optimize selling prices. The Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess pricing opportunities and support the broader finance function on performance reporting. Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities

  • Maintain ownership of the structure, accuracy, and integrity of Bacardi Canada’s pricing tool, ensuring alignment with current liquor board pricing frameworks and calculators.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Bacardi Canada and provincial liquor board pricing departments to ensure compliance and effective communication.
  • Coordinate and submit price changes to liquor boards across Canada in adherence to regulatory deadlines and submission protocols.
  • Provide strategic input on revenue growth opportunities through business and competitive analysis; support the Manager in developing and refining pricing strategies.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive market analysis to assess pricing positioning and inform commercial decision-making.
  • Support post-implementation reviews of internal and competitor pricing actions to assess outcomes and extract learnings.
  • Deliver clear analysis and insights on current pricing performance relative to brand strategies and financial targets.
  • Assist in calculating and setting internal transfer prices for both new and existing SKUs, in alignment with global pricing policies.
  • Manage the annual renewal process for trade certificates in coordination with Global teams.
  • Provide proactive, cross-functional support by delivering monthly reports and performance commentary to key stakeholders across Finance and Commercial functions.

Critical Experiences For Success To be successful in this role you will have/be:

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced, continuously changing and deadline driven environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team player; fosters and maintains working relationships with peers, customer contacts, management and matrix resources
  • Capable of communicating what is complex in simple terms
  • Must possess professional maturity and be comfortable with interacting with higher levels of management to communicate facts in a simple and understandable manner
  • Capable of working autonomously within a changing environment The following experiences are preferred:
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with planning/reporting/forecasting processes and tools
  • Exposure/experience to statistical modelling methods and approaches would be an asset but not required
  • Exposure/experience with Azure would be an asset but not required
  • Experience in the Beverage Alcohol industry or a large CPG company would be a plus Educational Requirements
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, and/or analytics
