We have an opening for Administrative Support at our Winkler Plumbing branch.

What you will do:

  • General reception duties including greeting and directing customers in the branch, answering the phones, sorting and preparing mail and ordering supplies for the branch
  • Process payments in the branch and over the phone
  • Balance daily cash reports, maintain invoice queues and deliver bank deposits
  • Support Counter team by entering orders and complete follow-up as requested
  • Coordinate employee breaks to help maintain adequate coverage
  • Arrange for courier pick up as required
  • Assist with inventory when possible
  • Perform other duties as assigned

About You:

  • You have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • You have a positive attitude and are an enthusiastic individual
  • You are organized and have excellent time management skills
  • You are reliable and have a strong work ethic
  • Strong computer skills
  • Your experience in a warehouse environment is considered an asset
