As a Bilingual Fraud Prevention Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and analyzing transactions to identify potential fraudulent activity.
- Conducting investigations into suspected fraud cases.
- Collaborating with law enforcement and other financial institutions as necessary.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients affected by fraud.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in fraud prevention or risk management is an asset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of financial products and services.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
Additional Information
- This position is available in both MONTRÉAL, Quebec and TORONTO, Ontario.
