It serves a diverse clientele of municipalities, contractors, and industrial businesses across Canada. **Summary of Responsibilities** \- Oversee the daily operations of the parts department and ensure its efficient functioning. \- Identify, source, order, and price parts for heavy equipment. \- Provide support to mechanics, service teams, and customers to effectively meet their needs. \- Manage inventory, maintain optimal parts availability, and monitor orders. \- Coordinate urgent requests to minimize operational downtime. \- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. \- Participate in improving departmental processes and controlling costs. \- Deliver professional customer service and contribute to customer satisfaction.
