Our client, an innovative company in the aerospace industry, is currently looking for **2 Aeronautical Operators** for **day and evening shifts**. **Learn a new trade and build your future while working!** **Job Responsibilities:** \- Read and interpret work orders; \- Operate metal cleaning equipment such as shot blasting machines, deburring tools, and sandblasting equipment to remove excess welds, rust, scale, or other materials from metal parts, castings, or other products; \- Polish metal products to achieve a mirror finish; \- Immerse metal products in cleaning solutions; \- Assist steel structure assemblers (m/f), sheet metal workers (m/f), metalworking machine operators (m/f), and other related personnel; \- Transport raw materials and finished products manually or using lifting equipment; \- Sort metal sheets, components, scrap metal, and other materials; \- Clean work areas and equipment; \- Load and unload vehicles using hand carts or rolling platforms; \- Grind, cut, or chisel off excess metal from products using hand tools, as required; \- Perform any other related duties. **Benefits:** \- Competitive salary; \- Possibility of working day or evening shifts; \- Equipment provided by the employer; \- Opportunities for advancement; \- On-site training provided; \- إمكانية of direct hire with the client; \- Long-term employment. **Requirements:** \- Ability to perform physical work; \- Access to a vehicle (asset); \- Ability to use measuring instruments (asset); \- Ability to read blueprints (asset). **Salary:** $23.50/hour (apprentice), $24.74/hour after completed training **Schedule:** Day: 6:50 a.m. to 3:20 p.m. Evening: 3:30 p.m. to 11:45 p.m. ($1.50/hour premium) **Status:** Temporary to permanent **Apply Now!** Interested in this position?
