About The Role What if your MBA — the late nights modeling DCFs, debating market entry strategies, and dissecting case studies — could directly shape how AI advises the next generation of business leaders? We're looking for MBA-trained professionals to help train and evaluate some of the world's most advanced AI models on business reasoning. You'll stress-test AI across corporate finance, strategy, operations, and marketing — exposing flaws in its logic and authoring the gold-standard responses that make it smarter. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep business expertise and a sharp analytical mind. Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design complex business challenges — craft advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, supply chain optimization, cap table modeling, and organizational behavior Author ground-truth solutions — build rigorous, step-by-step responses complete with financial statements, marketing frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and strategic rationales that serve as the definitive benchmark for AI training Audit AI-generated business content — evaluate AI-produced business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical precision, and professional-grade quality Refine AI reasoning — pinpoint where AI goes wrong, whether it's ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or missing macroeconomic variables, and deliver structured, actionable feedback Work asynchronously and independently — fully on your own schedule Who You Are Holder of an MBA from an accredited institution Strong foundational expertise in at least two core business domains: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style recommendations Precise and detail-oriented when working with financial models, business logic, and quantitative analysis A clear and confident written communicator who can explain nuanced reasoning step by step No prior AI or tech experience required Nice to Have Background in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy Experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality assurance workflows Proficiency in data-driven decision tools — Excel modeling, Tableau, SQL, or similar Exposure to financial modeling standards and professional business writing conventions Why Join Us Work directly with industry-leading AI research labs on cutting-edge model development Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you Freelance autonomy with the structure of meaningful, high-impact work Make a tangible contribution to how AI understands and navigates the business world Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new projects launch

Requirements
