About the Role The NetSuite Administrator is responsible for the ongoing configuration, support, optimization, and governance of the company’s NetSuite ERP system. This role works closely with internal stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure the system is aligned with business processes, scalable for growth, and functioning efficiently. The position plays a key role in maintaining system stability, improving user adoption, and driving continuous process improvements while ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Key Responsibilities · Administer and maintain the NetSuite platform, including item setup, pricing updates, customer profile management, and ongoing data maintenance. · Configure and customize NetSuite modules, workflows, approval processes, roles, and system settings to support evolving business needs. · Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective Netsuite solutions. · Customize, generate, and analyze reports, saved searches, dashboards, and KPIs to support departmental decision-making. · Advise teams on best practices for data management, system usage, and reporting standards. · Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all Netsuite records, maintaining strong data governance practices. · Support integrations with other systems such as Techship and OneDrive, and coordinate with third-party providers when enhancements or troubleshooting are required. · Test new features, workflows, and system enhancements prior to deployment, participating in quality assurance and user acceptance processes. · Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and system changes. · Provide ongoing user support and training to improve adoption and proper system utilization across departments. Required Qualifications · Proven experience as a Netsuite Administrator, including item setup, pricing, workflows, and data management. · Strong experience generating, analyzing, and customizing reports to support business decisions. · Hands-on knowledge of NetSuite modules (Finance, Inventory, Supply Chain) and ERP business processes. · Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Techship or other integrated systems is a plus. · Ability to translate business needs into system configurations and process improvements. · Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently. · Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
