Key Responsibilities Run pharmacy operations efficiently and accurately to provide excellent, high-quality patient service. Take ownership of stock processes, implementing strategies to guarantee seamless availability and operational flow. Uphold the highest standards of safety and strictly follow all local, provincial (British Columbia), and federal regulations. Maintain all records required in accordance with legislation, standards of practice, and policy Identify and solve challenges with a solution-oriented approach to continuously improve the digital pharmacy model. Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions dispensed Must be available Monday through Saturday Experience, Skills & Qualifications Must be a licensed pharmacist in British Columbia preferably for 3 years An active and in good standing Pharmacist license in British Columbia is required. Significant, proven experience in a staff pharmacy role. Expert proficiency with Kroll pharmacy software is required. Demonstrated outstanding customer service, leadership, and organizational acumen. Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal. A strong, initiative-taking, and proactive professional attitude, ready to lead change and innovate. Why Join Us?
