Job Duties & Responsibilities * Operation of equipment such as push mower, string trimmer, blower, stick edger * Cultivate, weed and edge flower beds * Minimal pruning * Raking debris and cleanup of site * Reporting on time, daily to the Crew Leader and/or creating site plans * Ensuring Health and Safety standards are being maintained * Load and unload work trucks Qualifications * 2 years experience in the landscape industry * Minimum 1 years in a leadership level position * Full G class license witha clean abstract * Experience driving truck and trailer an asset * Experience driving truck with trailer * Ability to work effectively as part of a team * Ability to lift 15 – 30 kg, as well as to perform physically-demanding tasks * Own transportation This is for a current open vacancy. What you’ll do

The Lead Hand and Crew Lead will oversee landscape maintenance operations, including equipment usage, site cleanup, and flower bed cultivation. They are responsible for reporting to the Crew Leader, managing site plans, and ensuring all health and safety standards are strictly followed.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in the landscape industry, including a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role. A valid G class driver's license with a clean abstract is required, along with the physical ability to lift up to 30 kg.
