Our STIRLING, Marathon and Epic brands are sold through more than 600 national and independent appliance retailers across Canada. As we continue to grow our brands, expand our Canadian manufacturing capabilities and launch new products, we are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Opportunity Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, the Marketing Specialist will play a hands-on role across our sales and marketing activities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to work across content creation, social media, graphic design, digital marketing, product launches, branding, websites and retail merchandising. You will help develop and execute marketing initiatives for our core appliance brands, while also supporting the continued development and growth of new product and brand launches. No two weeks will look the same. One day you may be creating social content or editing a product video, the next you could be developing a sales presentation, writing new product copy, helping plan an in-store display or collaborating on website design. We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, comfortable moving quickly and excited to take ownership of projects. What You'll Do Help develop and execute marketing strategies for STIRLING, Marathon, Epic and new brands Coordinate product photo and video shoots to create engaging photo, video and graphic content for social media, websites, digital advertising, product launches and sales materials Manage social media activity across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Pinterest, including posting, engagement and community management Develop and manage a long-term content calendar, while adapting quickly to trends, opportunities and business priorities Conceptualize, film and edit short-form video content, including Reels and product-focused videos Plan and execute B2B and B2C email marketing campaigns & report analytics Design sales presentations, product launch materials, digital catalogues, brochures, specification sheets and other sales collateral Write and edit marketing copy for websites, social media, product pages, catalogues and promotional materials Support the creative direction, design and ongoing development of company websites with a focus on UI/UX, SEO and conversion Assist in the design of point-of-sale materials, retail displays, merchandising concepts and in-store marketing Work with our Customer Service and Product teams to develop and update product literature, including Use & Care manuals Work closely with Sales, Product Development, Customer Service and senior leadership on a variety of fast-moving projects and priorities What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, content creation or a related role Degree or diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field Strong graphic design and photo-editing skills, including experience AI tools and other software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and/or Canva Experience creating and editing video content using tools such as CapCut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts and creating content for multiple brands or audiences Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practices Experience with content planning, organization and managing a content calendar Working knowledge of website UI/UX principles and SEO Comfortable using AI tools as part of the creative and marketing workflow Strong writing, proofreading and communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities at once Creative, resourceful and comfortable developing solutions in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and willing to take ownership of projects while working collaboratively as part of a team Bilingualism in English and French is a strong asset What Will Make You Stand Out We're especially interested in candidates who can demonstrate a combination of creative thinking and hands-on execution. Experience with consumer products, retail, appliances, e-commerce, photography, videography, digital advertising or product launches would be an asset. A portfolio is important to us. Requirements
