Become a key player in quality at Rona! In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to put your quality assurance and problem-solving skills to work to raise our distribution standards. Collaborate with committed teams, inspire through your leadership and contribute directly to the continuous improvement of our operations. Your role: Analyze, close, and file completed purchase orders and assist in freight claims Schedule, set-up, and release inbound and outbound product in our systems Schedule appointments, assign doors, and verify Purchase Orders Ensure paperwork is accurate and all necessary documentation is obtained to verify receipt quantity to invoiced quantity Forward priority and unfinished purchase orders Research and resolve issues related to receiving to ensure accuracy Communicate with and address any questions or concerns from transport drivers as they wait during load pick up or drop off Perform other duties as assigned What we're looking for: 1 to 2 years' operational experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment, an asset Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and warehouse management systems (Blue Yonder WMS), an asset Good communication and interpersonal skills Good complex problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail Total commitment to providing and maintaining a safe working environment By joining the RONA family, you’ll enjoy many benefits, such as: An inclusive and safe working environment Promotion of work-life balance Exclusive employee discounts Benefits: insurance (certain conditions apply), annual salary review, etc. Access to the GreenShield+ telemedicine platform, including virtual consultations with healthcare professionals and pharmacy services Opportunities for advancement within the company An employer that’s involved in the community Teamwork and ongoing training A comprehensive training program for all new hires A student incentive program And much more!
