About the Role We are seeking a Product Operations Manager to help standardize and scale how MealSuite’s Product organization operates. Product operates as three distinct pillars, and this role is the newly created owner of consistency, efficiency, and trust across them, you'll drive process improvements end-to-end, from diagnosing gaps to driving adoption, while serving as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience. This is a highly autonomous role suited to someone who thrives without a defined playbook, is energized by ambiguity, and is ready to build the standards, processes, and trust. What You’ll Do Identify process gaps and own the fix end-to-end, diagnosis through adoption, including change management and communications Design and continuously improve outcome-based processes for intake, execution, and release, partnering with Agile Delivery on release planning, and prove it’s working with data Serve as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience, keeping release schedules and roadmaps clear, honest, and measurable Standardize how feature requests and customer feedback flow to the right teams, and champion consistent workflows across Product, holding the line on adoption, not just documentation Build the metrics and reporting that give leadership a real-time view of product health. Requirements
