Driven by a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, EZ STAK delivers expertly engineered products supported by streamlined operations that ensure consistent production, reliable delivery, and exceptional service. THE OPPORTUNITY EZ STAK is looking for a Product Manager to lead our product and engineering direction across our Watertown, NY and Kingston, ON operations. This is a rare blend of strategy and execution. You'll own the product portfolio end to end — setting the roadmap, leading the Engineering department, and making the calls on what we build, what we improve, and what we retire. If you like living in the space between the customer, the drawing, and the shop floor, this role is built for you. What success looks like: roadmap initiatives delivered on time and in scope, launches that hit on quality and adoption, measurable revenue and margin contribution from new and improved products, faster time-to-market, and a cleaner, more standardized portfolio. Who thrives here: someone strategic enough to set direction and hands-on enough to unblock it. Strong analytical instincts, real comfort leading engineers, and a bias toward solving customer problems. Existing Product Standardization & Improvement – Standardize, refine, and improve existing products to increase consistency, manufacturability, quality, cost efficiency, and customer value across the product portfolio. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Align Engineering, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and leadership around product priorities, technical feasibility, customer requirements, and execution plans. Budget, Team & Performance Management – Manage product development budgets, Engineering department priorities, team performance, and KPIs for product performance, launch success, technical execution, and ROI.
