Deliver engaging product demonstrations, functional blueprints, and pre-sales assistance to support complex enterprise sales cycles. Oversee end-to-end implementation projects, including scope alignment, gap-fit analysis, project documentation, and rollout sign-offs. Design and execute partner enablement programs, certification webinars, and product training modules for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with global Product Development teams to relay market feedback and stay abreast of platform updates. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base to protect and expand Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). Travel up to 25–40% across Canada and the US for on-site store deployments, partner training, and industry conferences. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in pre-sales, functional consulting, or project implementation within the retail software or retail ERP domain. Demonstrated knowledge of store operations, point-of-sale systems, supply chain integrations, and modern retail workflows. Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder engagements, manage complex project timelines, and deliver high-level client presentations. Strong functional acumen with the ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Valid passport and ability to travel domestically and internationally (US/Canada).
