Title: Security Professional – Pharmaceutical Site Officer Type: Full Time Location: Mississauga, ON Pay Rate: $18.36/hour Shift: Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat 07:00 - 19:00 12 hours Continetal Rotational Shift | Week 1 - 4 days, Week 2 - 3 Days | Overview: Allied Universal is currently hiring experienced Security Professional – Pharmaceutical Site Officer for a high-profile pharmaceutical client in Mississauga, ON. The ideal candidate is a polished and reliable professional with strong communication skills, the ability to work rotating continental shifts, and experience in controlled-access or sensitive environments. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively in dynamic situations. Key Responsibilities: Monitor access control systems and CCTV Conduct regular foot patrols of the facility Maintain a strong security presence in a high-profile environment Communicate professionally with site personnel, management, and security teams Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm and efficient manner Complete detailed reports and maintain accurate logs Ensure smooth shift transitions and consistent site coverage Perform site inspections to uphold strict security standards Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or relevant work experience 1–2 years of experience in a hospital, corporate office, or similar high-security environment Must be eligible to work full-time (40 hours per week) in Canada Valid Ontario Security Guard License Must have First Aid & CPR Experience with CCTV monitoring and access control systems Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use Physically able to perform extended foot patrols (indoor and outdoor) Capable of standing/walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 15 kg Strong communication and customer service skills Benefits: Opportunities for career growth and advancement Comprehensive health and dental benefits Paid training and development programs Disclaimer: As part of the hiring process, candidates must complete a background check.
