We are currently searching for a passionate, dedicated and driven Specialty Sales Representative Cardiovascular. This field-based customer-facing position will be responsible for accelerating and delivering territory business performance through effective business planning, execution excellence with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration. Location: Downtown Toronto Reports To: Associate Regional Sales Manager, Cardiovascular Ontario Responsibilities Promote CV product(s) and services to healthcare professionals such as specialists (cardiologists, internists, endocrinologists), primary care physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners and pharmacists through impactful interactions Develop and implement territory Business Plans by leveraging Brand Strategy and tools to achieve sales targets and objectives Proactively monitors territory sales execution aligned with KPI and adjust business plan accordingly (sales, call plan, productivity measures) Navigate effectively and adapt to the provincial reimbursement environment dynamics by leveraging patient access programs based on the payer mix profile Exhibit high level of accountability, winning attitude, innovation and growth mindset to achieve and surpass team goals. Represent HLS as an innovative and ethical oriented company whose products and services respond accurately to the needs of patients and of the medical community Qualifications University degree, preferably in Science or Business Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/health care industry with at least 2 years with specialty sales (CV experience preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented and customer focused supported by a strong track record Proven abilities in business acumen, analytical skills and budget management Agile and innovative thinker that challenges status quo to identify, assesses, and implements new initiatives. Self-motivated, ambitious and solution driven. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management Database and Dashboards.
