Get Air Team Leads can expect to promote safety and cleanliness in the park, strive to meet sales goals, and to host parties on a day-to-day basis. Team Leads will support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in reaching operational goals and overseeing shifts. We’re looking for someone who can provide great customer service, is self-motivated and self-disciplined, has some supervisory or leadership experience, and is excited to work with a great team. Employees have many opportunities to earn tips, bonuses and commissions on top of their regular wages ($16.40/hour). What you’ll do

Team Leads are responsible for promoting safety and cleanliness in the park while meeting sales goals and hosting parties. They also support the Assistant and General Managers in overseeing daily operations and shift management.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have previous supervisory or leadership experience and possess strong customer service skills. Applicants must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, and capable of working effectively within a team environment.
