Salary: $85,000 annually + bonus opportunities

What You'll Do
Lead all kitchen operations for Le Moyne's Chophouse and The Living Room as well as our banquet culinary production. Develop seasonal menus, recipes, costing, and training materials. Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency. Hire, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team. Manage labor, food cost, purchasing, inventory, and kitchen operations. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and Avocet standards. Partner with restaurant and hotel leadership to drive creativity, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
2+ years as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in an upscale restaurant or hotel. Culinary education or equivalent professional experience. Valid ServSafe Manager Certification. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Experience with menu development, food costing, and inventory management. Passion for hospitality, mentorship, and culinary innovation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
Physical Requirements
Stand for extended periods. Lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to maintain a flexible schedule which includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen.
