Job Description

We are currently looking for a Pipefitting Labourer to join our team in Amos. We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to work in a shop specializing in the preparation and fabrication of piping systems for the mining industry. As a Pipefitting Labourer at AIM MineSource, you will join a fast-growing company that is firmly established within the Abitibi mining community. You will work in a dynamic environment backed by the extensive expertise and experience of our founders while benefiting from opportunities for professional development.

What you will be responsible for

Prepare, measure, cut, and groove steel pipes using mechanical tools and equipment; Safely handle and move materials throughout the shop; Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment and work tools; Complete production records and ensure accurate tracking of completed work; Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with health and safety standards; Perform any other related duties required to support shop operations.

Qualifications

To join our team : You have 1 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing shop or industrial environment; You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work; You have the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and measurements; You are eager to learn and develop your skills; You are versatile and willing to perform a variety of operational tasks; You work effectively both independently and as part of a team; You are physically fit and capable of performing manual labour.
