What You'll Do Source and connect with talented professionals Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit Build lasting relationships with candidates throughout their job search Present exciting career opportunities and guide candidates through the hiring process Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs Manage the recruitment process from initial outreach through to successful placement Learn the full recruitment cycle while developing valuable sales and relationship-building skills

Who We're Looking For This role is a great fit for individuals with experience in: Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Staffing or Executive Search Business Development B2B or B2C Sales Account Management Customer Success Retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing environments where relationship building and results matter
