About The Role
Arabic Copyediting Specialist is a remote Arabic copyediting role for native-fluency editors who can copyedit AI outputs at publication-grade quality. Reviewers fix grammar, syntax, and register at sentence level and document the correction so the model learns the rule, not just the example.
Arabic content has to read like it was written by a real Arabic editor. AuraOne pairs experienced copyeditors with the modeling team to set the bar for tone, idiom, and grammar before any output reaches a customer.
Review model outputs, label edge cases, and improve training quality across high-volume AI workflows.
Responsibilities
↳Copyedit Arabic AI outputs at sentence level for grammar, syntax, and register for Arabic Copyediting Specialist assignments. ↳Apply structured error taxonomies (typo, fluency, register, factual, style) to every correction. ↳Write inline annotations that explain why the original phrasing missed the bar. ↳Maintain a personal style log of recurring issues and propose rubric updates. ↳Adjudicate disputed Arabic edits in async review threads. ↳Calibrate against gold-standard reviews to keep inter-rater agreement above program targets.
Requirements
↳Native or near-native Arabic writing ability with formal copyediting experience for Arabic Copyediting Specialist work. ↳Comfort with structured error taxonomies and rubric-based judgment. ↳Prior work editing, translating, or proofing professional Arabic content. ↳Strong written English to communicate corrections to the modeling team. ↳Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.
EXAMPLE TASKS
↳Copyedit a 250-word Arabic model response and tag every change with an error category. ↳Adjudicate a disputed register choice between two reviewers in an async thread. ↳Propose a rubric clarification after spotting a recurring stylistic miss across a batch. ↳Capture a one-line Arabic style note that other reviewers can apply on similar prompts.
NICE TO HAVE
↳Editorial credentials at a Arabic newsroom, publishing house, or translation agency. ↳Experience with MQM, DQF, or other translation-quality frameworks. ↳Familiarity with LLM evaluation tooling and inter-rater agreement metrics.
Compensation
$35 / hr

About AuraOne
AI is becoming the new way work gets done.
Not someday. Now.
It is reviewing evidence. Training robots. Inspecting products. Evaluating risk. Helping teams make decisions faster than ever before.
But intelligence is not enough.
A model can produce an answer. A company still needs to trust the work.
That is why we built AuraOne.
AuraOne is the platform for building, testing, and running AI in the real world.
For AI labs, we turn human feedback, expert review, evaluation, and model failures into a system that improves with every run.
For enterprises, we turn private data and existing workflows into AI products that learn from the people, decisions, and outcomes inside the business.
The result is simple:
Work gets cleaner. Models get stronger. Failures are remembered. Decisions are easier to trust. And customers keep what they build.
AuraOne is not another chatbot. Not another dashboard. Not another layer of AI theater.
It is the system behind AI that makes it work.
Your work. Your data. Your AI.
