Insight Global is seeking a Tooling Methods Agent to join a top aerospace company in Longueuil, QC. This role is 5x week onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot tooling issues and support production teams in resolving machining challenges.
• Recommend and implement tooling solutions to maintain production output.
• Provide technical support to operators, planners, and manufacturing teams.
• Support tooling-related nonconformities, drawing updates, and technical corrections.
• Collaborate on new part introductions and manufacturing process improvements.
• Define tooling parameters, tool life, salvage limits, and cutting conditions. Initiate procurement of tooling packages for new machine setups.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• French language is required, English is an asset
• Minimum of 5 years of past relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
• Prior experience with machining and CNC programming
• Experience using CATIA

Compensation

$29/hr to $35/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
