Who we are

M Moser Associates is a global workplace-focused architecture, design, engineering, project management and construction delivery company. Our architects, designers, workplace strategists, engineers, project managers, construction managers, commercial professionals and business leaders work together across cities and continents to help organization's create exceptional working environments. We are actively developing M Moser as a genuinely hybrid human-AI professional organization, exploring how AI can strengthen the way our people think, collaborate and deliver value. This is not simply about using AI to write documents faster, automate administrative work or increase productivity. We want AI to help our people become more creative, insightful, integrative and professionally capable, so that we can develop better-informed ideas, solve complex problems more effectively and deliver stronger outcomes for our clients.

A different kind of AI role

We are developing a global network of AI Practice Consultants who will work directly with M Moser professionals to help them: understand what rapidly evolving AI capabilities could mean for their work; identify creative and valuable applications of AI; develop new forms of human-AI professional practice; design and test AI-assisted workflows; create personal, team and project-level AI agents; evaluate the quality, limitations and risks of AI outputs; share successful discoveries and practical lessons across the company.

This role is not limited to experienced consultants, software engineers, AI researchers or architecture, engineering and construction professionals. No specific degree, professional background or number of years of experience is required.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for people who demonstrate: exceptional curiosity and the ability to learn quickly; a deep personal interest in AI and its practical applications; intelligent, original and independent thinking; a naturally helpful and collaborative attitude; clear, warm and engaging communication; the humility to listen and ask questions before recommending solutions; enthusiasm for helping others become more capable; sound judgment about the limitations, risks and responsible use of AI.

You might be a recent graduate, a self-directed AI explorer, a teacher, designer, communicator, researcher, consultant, technologist or professional whose career has followed a less conventional path.

What matters is not simply how long you have worked. What matters is how you think, learn, communicate and help others.

Appointments will be based on demonstrated capability rather than conventional seniority. Successful consultants will have opportunities to progress as they demonstrate their ability to help M Moser professionals, teams and offices develop valuable new human-AI practices.
