Note that this Customer Service position is remote for British Columbia residents, with potential occasional travel to our BC-based camp locations (Burnaby, Port Moody, Victoria) as required. This position runs from the beginning of May through the end of August.

Responsibilities
As Customer Service, your duties and responsibilities may include some or all of the following:
- Respond to parent emails and phone calls in a timely, professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding camp programs, policies and procedures
- Conduct phone calls with parents to discuss behavioural incidents, disciplinary actions, and camper removals when required
- Address challenging or escalated parent interactions with professionalism and discretion
- Supporting and addressing camp staff concerns
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support camp operations
Successful Candidates Should Possess:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Ability to manage difficult or sensitive conversations calmly and effectively
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness and ability to travel, sometimes on short notice, as operational needs require
- This position may be funded through the Canada Summer Jobs program. Applicants must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or protected persons to be eligible.
Hourly Wage
$21.00 per hour
