• This is an in-office position Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday's.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Brand Stylist plays an important role in bringing the Urban Barn brand to life through inspiring and visually engaging spaces and content. This role is responsible for supporting and evolving the brand’s visual identity across photoshoots, marketing campaigns, store environments, events, and digital channels.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and uphold a consistent brand visual identity across ecommerce, marketing, social media, and retail channels
• Create inspiring product pairings and styled environments for photography, videography and brand activations
• Support preproduction coordination of brand activations, photoshoots and video productions, including props, styling plans, room layouts, inventory requests, and production documents
• Provide on-set styling for furniture and décor to create visually compelling lifestyle environments
• Collaborate with photographers, Art Director, Marketing, and Creative teams during content production
• Conduct trend research in interior design, home décor, lifestyle, and retail styling to inform creative direction

Who You Are

• A creative stylist with a strong eye for colour, composition, texture, and spatial design
• A trend-aware professional who understands interior design, home décor, and lifestyle branding, and translates ideas into elevated visual concepts
• A hands-on visual storyteller with experience in home furnishings, interiors, retail, or lifestyle brands
• A detail-oriented and highly organized individual who thrives in fast-paced creative and production environments

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in styling, visual merchandising, creative production, interior styling, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, exposure to or interest in AI rendering tools is considered an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Bilingual language skills (French & English) are an asset
