About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Franchise Marketing Manager to own the marketing success for a portfolio of franchisees. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to franchise owners—guiding local strategies, collaborating with internal specialists (PPC, SEO, Social), and driving measurable growth. This is a client-facing, performance-driven hybrid role based in Burnaby, BC, perfectly combining marketing strategy, account management, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management: Own and elevate the marketing performance for a dedicated portfolio of franchise locations. Client Advisory: Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for franchisees on all marketing initiatives and strategies. Strategy Development: Design and implement localized marketing plans aligned with brand standards and regional goals. Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with internal specialists (PPC, SEO, paid social) to ensure flawless campaign execution. Data & Analytics: Continuously monitor campaign metrics, analyze performance data, and deliver actionable insights to franchisees. Growth Identification: Proactively identify market opportunities and propose innovative initiatives to boost local lead generation. Leadership Reporting: Share network best practices and regularly report on performance, insights, and potential risks to the Marketing Director.
What Success Looks Like
Franchisees experience consistent, measurable growth in leads and revenue. Local marketing campaigns are executed efficiently, effectively, and on schedule. Strong, collaborative, and long-term relationships are built with franchise partners. Communication and reporting are clear, proactive, and data-driven.
What We’re Looking For
Experience 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or client-facing roles. Proven hands-on experience with digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Paid Social). Prior experience in an agency or a multi-location/franchise environment is highly preferred.

📍 Location Note: This is a hybrid role based in Burnaby, BC. Candidates must reside in the Greater Vancouver Area and be able to commute to the office 1–2 days per week. Why Join Us?
