ABOUT THE JOB

Position: Bartender

Terms of Employment: Part time and Full time. Candidates must be flexible and have the ability to work variable shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends. Must be available to work on Sundays.

Job Duties:

• Provide an outstanding dining experience for our patrons
• Must have an extremely professional rapport with clientele, be well-spoken and easy to communicate with
• Anticipate guest needs
• Work well and closely with all other team members
• Accurately record and enter all food and beverage items into POS system
• Must develop extensive knowledge of wine and liquor as well as any other beverages and techniques utilized by Rendesvouz
• Address patrons appropriately when discussing their comments and concerns. Effectively communicate with Supervisors if a customer issue arises. Ensure clear and concise communication with the patron to ensure the issue is being resolved.
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Must have Pro Serve certification and be at least 18 years of age.
• Outgoing personality
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner with clientele
• Demonstrated experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant is required
