Overview
exceptional customer service and providing essential administrative support to the Mixed-Income Sales & Leasing team. This casual position involves managing inquiries, processing applications, coordinating tours, and managing waitlists, all of which contribute to a positive customer experience and successful occupancy rates. This role offers a valuable opportunity for candidates to gain insights and skills that can pave the way for future advancement within the Sales & Leasing department.
Responsibilities
- Respond to general inquiries by phone, email, web, or in-person.
- Support lead management, tour bookings, and tours for mixed‑income and supportive living.
- Assist with application processing, documentation follow‑up, and intake coordination.
- Book Priority Rating Score calls for affordable housing and support occupancy initiatives.
- Maintain accurate waitlists, prospect records, and data entry in Yardi Senior CRM IQ.
- Prepare application, tour, and outreach materials as required, including event support.
- Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Provide flexible administrative and project support, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, sales, call center, or administrative support preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience supporting seniors.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer service orientation and collaborative team approach.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe required; Yardi or CRM experience an asset.
- Typing speed is approximately 60 WPM (80+ preferred).

- Casual, flexible schedule in a fast‑paced environment.
- Repetitive data entry and desk work required.
- Ability to work in office or community settings and lift up to twenty pounds.
- Hybrid remote work may be available once successfully trained.
Hours of work:
- Casual availability based on business needs. Hours are not guaranteed.
- Typical shifts may include weekends (10:00 am – 6:00 pm) or evenings (4:00 pm – 8:00 pm).
